Yes. Take measures to remove SLS, SLES, parabens and phthalates from your personal care products. Check your: shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener/dryer sheets. No one is looking out for your health & safety except you!
You can audit your personal care products just by looking for those four chemicals on the back label. Also, I’ve said this before: filter-your-water... and not with some cheap Brita pitcher. Those barely do anything.
Forgot: check your toothpaste too. They usually contain SLS.
